Return and Exchange Policy

1. No returns are allowed.
2. Exchanges are permitted only if the product is in its original condition, exactly as it was purchased.
3. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition, as it was at the time of purchase.
4. All original labels, tags, and seals must remain intact and unaltered.
5. The product must be returned in its original packaging, ensuring it is clean and unmarked.
6. Proof of payment, such as a receipt or invoice, must be presented at the time of the exchange request.
7. Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
