Return and Exchange Policy
- No returns are allowed.
- Exchanges are permitted only if the product is in its original condition, exactly as it was purchased.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged condition, as it was at the time of purchase.
- All original labels, tags, and seals must remain intact and unaltered.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, ensuring it is clean and unmarked.
- Proof of payment, such as a receipt or invoice, must be presented at the time of the exchange request.
- Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
